I blame the cold war. Or at least the 4 paragraph paper I&#8217;ve been working on about the cold war.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday: Kale and soyrizo tacos (see last week&#8217;s menu)<\/p>\n<p>Monday: Rice and broccoli salad with honey mustard + chicken + salad (see last week&#8217;s menu)<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday: Stir fry vegetables + chicken + my newest Trader Joe find: Japanese Style Fried Rice<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday: <a href=\"http:\/\/thewoksoflife.com\/2014\/11\/cheesy-kale-sweet-potato-tart\/\">Cheesy Kale Sweet Potato tart<\/a> + salad<\/p>\n<p>Thursday: Thanksgiving feast!! Which we&#8217;ll also eat Friday, Saturday and possibly Sunday:) We&#8217;re doing roasted chicken\/field roast (for Nate) + <a href=\"http:\/\/lecremedelacrumb.com\/2014\/10\/apple-cranberry-walnut-salad.html\">apple cranberry salad<\/a> + r<a href=\"http:\/\/www.seriouseats.com\/recipes\/2011\/11\/roasted-brussels-sprouts-and-shallots-with-balsamic-vinegar-thanksgiving-recipe.html\">oasted brussels sprouts with shallots<\/a> + <a href=\"http:\/\/thepioneerwoman.com\/cooking\/stuffing_dressing_my_favorite_thanksgiving_food\/\">dressing<\/a> (I&#8217;m only making half this recipe) +mashed potatoes.\u00a0 I always make a lot so that we can eat on it for numerous days and I don&#8217;t have to cook;)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Happy eating!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jen<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m late with this.
